Lynsey has been involved in customer relations and the health and beauty sector for many years. Her career started in the retail of skincare, quickly excelling within this environment to become a business manager within Harrods and Selfridges in London, before returning to her beloved Scotland to manage local teams. 

Lynsey has had valuable experience as a Surgical Coordinator at Transform Private Hospitals nationally in Scotland, where she gained a unique understanding of women’s perception of their body image, and the importance of helping them to improve and develop their self confidence. 

As a professional within the industry, Lynsey has always taken an active interest in the fields of aesthetic medicine, lifestyle, and health & wellbeing. Her focus has always been on improving the experience of the treatment pathway for patients.

Like Dr Nestor, Lynsey only believes in a healthy body image, and therefore only advocates natural, refined treatments to achieve subtle, youthful results. Taking on the role of Clinic Manager and Patient Coordinator within this ethical clinical environment was therefore an obvious choice. 

Helen has been working in an established multi-award-winning beauty salon for the last seven years.

As an experienced therapist, Helen provided a full range of cosmetic and aesthetic services primarily focused on improving her client’s skin health with tailored programs, peels, needling, and energy based devices.She is fully qualified in the latest techniques for facial skincare, including chemical peels, microdermabrasion, rejuva-pen skin needling and Radio Frequency. She has an enthusiasm for rejuvenating skin and has recently joined the team to pursue her passion in skin solutions.

Helen thrives on exceeding client expectations and providing exceptional results, treating each client and their skincare needs individually. She is therefore a wonderful addition to the clinic’s expanding team, allowing us to offer our patients new treatments to help them achieve their skin goals

Nicole has a passion and love for helping people realise their potential and boost their self confidence. She has worked across a variety of sectors, gaining valuable skills and experiences from each. Her interest in health and wellbeing was born when she managed a ‘Juice & Smoothie Bar’. She soon adopted the mindset of “Healthy Body, Healthy Mind, Healthy Life”.

Nicole further developed her experience in customer service and realised her ambition for the cosmetic industry, during her three years as an air stewardess. During this time Nicole developed her interest in the make up industry, and trained as a make up artist, allowing her to express her creative nature. She thrives in helping others feel more confident in themselves.

Nicole’s professionalism, time management and multi-tasking strengths make her perfect for the role of clinic administrator and Women’s Health coordinator. Her enthusiasm for promoting a healthy, positive body image, alongside the belief in natural “tweakments” to age well, as well as an eagerness to ensure a client’s journey is seamless, is in line with Dr Nestor’s ethos and therefore makes her the perfect addition to the clinic family.

With a strong background in customer service both in the retail and service sector, Georgia has been a perfect addition to the clinic. Georgia’s focus is ensuring you have a seamless and exceptional patient journey every time you visit the clinic.

During her time in these sectors, she has been able to hone, develop and maintain a high level skill set to help her in her role as patient and skin health Co-ordinator.

Georgia’s experience working at Harvey Nichols and Cruise Fashion within Edinburgh’s City Centre adds value to our ethos of a five start customer service and aesthetic journey. Georgia has had a growing passion for the wonderful world of health and beauty. She recently attended one of the UK’s most recognised Make Up Academy’s in London, qualifying with distinction.

Georgia strongly believes in the benefits of all the procedures we provide from the Clinic, and has great enthusiasm for making people not only look good, but feel confident and comfortable within their own skin, something she also feels is extremely important in today’s society.

As our Skin Health co-ordinator, Georgia will be working closely with our skin doctor, to keep you up to date with the latest developments within our Skin Health department (including all the new space age, cutting edge lasers and plasma devices that have just arrived in clinic!), as well as as send you regular tips and tricks on how to get the most out of your skin care program and treatments.

No task or request is too big or too small. Georgia is at hand for anything you need.

Lisa has been working in customer focused roles for more than 10 years, her career started in the retail and service sector. In 2012 she decided to pursue her dreams of becoming a flight attendant and moved to the Sultanate of Oman.

Over the next six years she travelled internationally delivering the highest level of elite customer service whilst meeting and working alongside a variety of people from a wide selection of nationalities, cultures and backgrounds. It was in this role that Lisa perfected the art of 5 star service, adapting to the VIP clients and royals she would be looking after. Lisa had the honour of being selected as the face of the inaugural flights for the opening of new destinations for the airline. A huge privilege and responsibility.

Having excelled in this industry, quickly moving into premium senior management, Lisa then used these skills to transition into quality assurance in hospitality and high end spas, here she built the companies’ policies from the ground up. Simultaneously she was a personal PA for the head of a cyber security company ensuring diaries and the day to day business ran smoothly.

Lisa has always underpinned her working values around clear communication and the ability to multi task whilst delivering a personalised service with an approachable and warm friendly attitude.

Lisa leads a very active and fit lifestyle, she loves going to the gym, and believes in the grounding pillars of lifestyle medicine as a way of life. She has always had a strong passion for aesthetics and loves learning about the industry. This has made Lisa a perfect a fit for our medical cosmetic centre and ethos. She cant wait to welcome you all at the front of house.
