Dr Rosy MBChB, MRCGP
Dr Rosy is the head of our Women’s Health department.
After completing her medical degree from University of Glasgow, Dr Rosy went on to train as a general practitioner, rotating around the different hospital specialties as part of her education.
During her time spent working in Obstetrics & Gynaecology and Sexual Health departments, she developed a specialist interest in women’s health and wellbeing. This led her to research treatment options beyond what is available on the NHS, for management of intimate female problems at different stages of life.
Dr Rosy understands the mental and physical impact on women that can result from menopause and childbirth. She is passionate and enthusiastic about empowering women, with readily available treatment options to restore their sense of intimate wellbeing and general health.
Lynsey has been involved in customer relations and the health and beauty sector for many years.
Her career started in the retail of skincare, quickly excelling within this environment to become a business manager within Harrods and Selfridges in London, before returning to her beloved Scotland to manage local teams.
Lynsey has had valuable experience as a Surgical Coordinator at Transform Private Hospitals nationally in Scotland, where she gained a unique understanding of women’s perception of their body image, and the importance of helping them to improve and develop their self confidence.
As a professional within the industry, Lynsey has always taken an active interest in the fields of aesthetic medicine, lifestyle, and health & wellbeing. Her focus has always been on improving the experience of the treatment pathway for patients. She believes that this starts from the first phone call, and continues for as long as our patient’s embark on this journey with us. It is this insight into the importance of every facet of a patient’s journey from beginning to end that makes her integral to maximising your experience.
Like Dr Nestor, and Dr Lauren, Lynsey only believes in a healthy body image, and therefore only advocates natural, refined treatments to achieve subtle, youthful results. Taking on the role of Clinic Manager and Patient Coordinator within this ethical clinical environment was therefore an obvious choice.

Callum started working as a hair stylist at the age of sixteen, at one of Edinburgh’s leading hairdressers. After two years of intense training and staging a number of hair shows, Callum qualified and went on to specialise in hair design for special occasions. Discovering the need to travel, Callum left Edinburgh to work as a senior hair stylist and client manager, on the world’s largest cruise ship, Oasis of The Seas. This allowed him to explore warmer climates while gaining a lot of experience in customer service and building relationships with clients.
Missing the rain and cold weather, Callum returned to Edinburgh where he sought to develop his new-found passion for engaging with clients and organising innovative events. Callum took on a role in a luxury goods store, where he quickly set about to improve customer experience in store and help establish strong rapport between the brand and customers digitally.
Callum’s warm and enthusiastic charisma and dedication to our client’s journey make him the perfect addition to our growing team.
